Terms of service

You must be 16 or over and provide accurate information. Candidates must only upload qualifications and documents that genuinely belong to them. Agencies must use candidate data solely for genuine recruitment purposes.

Creating a profile is free. New candidate accounts get a 14-day visibility trial. After that, visibility requires an active plan: £4.99 per month or £40 per year, both renewing automatically until cancelled. If a plan lapses your profile stops appearing in agency searches; your data is not deleted.

Solo (£149/month) includes 25 candidate searches and 25 contact unlocks per billing month. Agency (£399/month) includes 50 of each. Enterprise is quoted annually with unlimited searches. Allowances reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over.

Payments are taken by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically; cancel any time from your billing page and access continues to the end of the paid period. Consumers in the UK/EU have a 14-day right to cancel a new subscription; where a plan has already been used (profile made visible, unlocks spent) a proportionate deduction may apply. Prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout where applicable.

No scraping, bulk export, resale of candidate data, or contacting candidates about anything other than work opportunities. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

FoundWorker is a database and introduction service. We do not employ candidates, guarantee placements, or verify every document beyond the checks marked as verified.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
